Dear Cottages & Bungalows
lovers,
My moms's family on my grandfather's side is from
the big island of Hawaii. Whenever there's a light rain, we remind each other that it is "a Hawaiian blessing" and
go on to enjoy it and our day. We have all heard that "April showers bring May flowers." In
that spirit, I am happy to share some good news with you.
Beginning with this
April issue, we are adding four more issues to the lineup. This includes one a month except for combined issues in February/March
and July/August. I hope you are pleased.
In a little more than
three years, Cottages & Bungalows has become quite popular. Your readership is a big part of C&B's success, and we
have received many requests to offer more issues, more of what you love.
I hope you enjoy reading
about The Old Mill and seeing the miniature crooked creations. As always, we have practical information to help guide you
as well as basic toilet repairs and plenty of decorating ideas and gorgeous photos to inspire.
Thank you for being a part of our growing family.

Editor, Cottages & Bungalows
Contributor,
author and architectural expert Robert Schweitzer writes, "In the 'Cottage and Bungalow' era, American domestic architecture
not only took on a wide variety of visually interesting designs but... More homes were built in the U.S. between 1880 and
1950 than had been built previously in the nation's history."
Chances are your home – or ones you love
– are in the pages of our magazine. Cottages & Bungalows is overflowing with inspiration to fuel your creative
fire and your passion for historic homes. It fits perfectly alongside sister magazines Romantic Homes and Victorian
Homes.
Write to us too! We'd love to receive photos, stories, ideas, questions or any tips you'd like to share.
